Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective tenants and work with existing tenants to expand footprint.
• Negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare letters of intent and lease documents for renewals and expansions.
• Support renewals and reduce vacancy via outreach and canvassing.
• Perform lease administration duties and keep records up to date.
• Track spaces, expirations and inquiries; monitor market data and ads.
• Coordinate with management and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
