Job summary

The Highlands Apartment Homes in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent who can manage resident relations and lease vacant units with enthusiasm. You will handle showings, applications, and daily office duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in property management or related field, strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. We offer health coverage, bonuses, PTO, and a non-corporate setting with on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or An Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 1 year (at least) in Property Management, business administration and/or accounts payable experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Word, Excel, Skype, Outlook, Sharepoint and proficient in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service to include: Resident Relationships, Greeting Visitors, Leasing Vacant Units.
• Provide support to Office Manager to include: Leasing: Post Vacancies, Greet prospects, follow up on leads, show apartments, process applications; Prepare leases and complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
• Resident Relations: Listen & respond to resident requests, Ensure all work orders are completed with satisfaction, educate & enforce community policies & rules.
• Schedule and plan appointments.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues (vendor monthly statements).
• Assist Maintenance Manager with office duties, paperwork & special projects.
