Job summary

National Horizon Real Estate Services in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent I to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, deliver exceptional customer service, conduct tours, answer inquiries, and help achieve occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have strong people skills and a customer service background. Training is provided with clear paths to advance to Leasing Agent II and beyond; starting compensation is $18.41–$20.63 per hour

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, sales, or hospitality experience required; leasing/property management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable learning property management software and digital tools.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

• Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours and general information about the community.
• Answer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support leasing efforts by generating leads and assisting with follow-up.
• Prepare leasing paperwork under guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Help with move-in orientations and provide excellent resident onboarding experiences.
• Assist with resident events, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of floor plans, property amenities, and local market trends.
• Collaborate with the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
