Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Class A high-rise multifamily leasing preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Experience with CRM systems and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Show model units to potential renters and conduct property tours.
• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Process applications and perform background checks.
