Peterson Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time apartment leasing specialist to join our Des Moines and West Des Moines communities in Iowa. You will deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents and current tenants, guiding them through tours, applications, and lease signings.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people. Availability for a rotating Saturday shift is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of people in a friendly, professional manner.
• Reliable transportation and 40-hour work week commitment required.
• Experience in leasing or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive experience for prospective and current residents.
• Assist in leasing process and resident retention efforts.
• Support site staff and coordinate with property teams.
• Rotate Saturday shift as needed.
