Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at a property in Wisconsin. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through tours, applications, move-ins and lease renewals.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, coordinating with maintenance, executing marketing plans, and using property management software for data tracking. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Uphold licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Design and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through marketing activities and referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow-up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages ahead of move‑out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and concerns.
