CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Leasing Associate in Temple, TX to drive occupancy and revenue through prospecting, tours, and thorough screening. You will manage applications, execute seamless move-ins, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready.

Qualifications

• Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Weekends Required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in package, and oversee move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in ready condition, coordinating repairs as needed.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute on-site marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, and use internet marketing tools.
• Use on-site management software to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet show quality standards and coordinate maintenance needs for show units and amenities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal program with letters, packages, and communication ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and client/owner questions and document requests.
