Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking an energetic Leasing Associate to drive revenue and occupancy at our multifamily community in Wilmer, TX. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare leases for move-in.

You will inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, implement marketing plans, track activity with on-site software, and follow up with residents to secure leases and renewals.

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience in multifamily housing.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track leasing activities with on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases.
• Support lease renewals with documents and outreach.
• Respond to resident/owner concerns promptly.
• Promote a positive image of the community and management company.
