Park7 Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional for Park Place Flagstaff. You will build relationships with prospective residents, showcase the community, and guide applicants through the leasing process to help achieve occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospective residents, and vendors, creating a welcoming environment.
• Show apartments to potential residents, guide them through the application process, and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
• Support the Property Manager in maximizing rental income, minimizing expenses, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.
• Prepare move-in/move-out paperwork, log and track work orders, manage resident files, and handle general office tasks.
• Assist in collecting rent payments under the supervision of the Property Manager.
• Help organize social events and distribute resident notices or newsletters to foster community connections.
• Conduct regular inspections of the model units, common areas, and grounds to maintain our property’s appeal.
• Arrive on time for each shift and follow our policy for shift changes to ensure consistent support for our residents.
• Step in to assist the Property Manager when needed and perform other tasks as assigned.
