Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience is required.
• LIHTC experience is highly preferred.
• Entrata experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to negotiate lease terms.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional manner.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
• Provide accurate information about rental properties, pricing, amenities, and lease terms.
• Process rental applications and perform background checks on applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure documents are completed accurately.
• Collect rent payments and follow up on late payments.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized files of tenant information, leases, and maintenance requests.
• Utilize company software to track leads, prospects, and tenant interactions.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed.
