TIPTON ASSET GROUP is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Irving, TX to present and lease properties to prospective tenants, drive occupancy, and provide top-tier customer service.

The role requires at least one year of leasing experience, familiarity with Onesite, and a high school diploma or GED. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K with employer matching are offered. Availability Monday–Friday is expected.

About this position

We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Specialist in Irving, TX to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Specialists should meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
