Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage apartment leasing, greet prospective residents, and coordinate move-ins in a fast-paced community environment. You will respond to inquiries, explain lease terms, and assist with resident relations to maximize occupancy and retention.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, accuracy in leasing documents, and a proactive approach to market knowledge and community events, with occasional travel and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and help resolve resident issues.
• Explain policies to residents and potential residents.
• Accurately complete lease documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files per company policy.
• Enter resident data in the system per policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention program.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure market readiness.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of rent levels and amenities of competitors.
• Prepare competitive market survey reports as needed.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in process.
• Show model and available vacancies.
• Coordinate community events.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
