Fairfield Property Management in Houma, Louisiana, is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with strong communication skills to join our team. You will act as the liaison between the office and prospective residents, market our property, screen applicants, and welcome residents to create a positive living experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational abilities, customer service attitude, and the ability to manage leases, maintain files, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance.
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed; ability to write correspondence in a professional manner.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
• Weekend availability is required.
