• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to attract new prospects.
• Conduct property tours and showcase floor plans to prospective residents.
• Provide timely follow-up to all prospect inquiries from multiple sources.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect sourcing information for analysis.
• Collaborate with community outreach organizations to promote the property.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
• Collect and analyze market data on competing properties to stay informed.
• Ensure units are clean and ready for move-in before tenant move-in date.
• Maintain high level of customer service and sales acumen throughout leasing.
