Qualifications

• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify tours.
• Close leases by following up and completing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support resident relations and retention initiatives as part of community goals.
