Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking an on-site Leasing Specialist to support daily leasing and administrative operations for our community. You will assist residents and prospects, helping with rent payments and inquiries while meeting KPI goals.

The role requires 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, comfort with software like Entrata, and a calm, team-oriented approach. We offer benefits and opportunities in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment on-site.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Warm, friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $18.00 Per Hour, with the ability to earn performance bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY: The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community. Leasing Specialists assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching all KPI goals.This role requires the individual to live onsite.
