Peak Management in Michigan is seeking a ROCKSTAR Leasing Professional to join our team. They will lease 250+ units across Wade Manor, The Park, and Poet Place, delivering outstanding customer service to the public and guiding tours.

The ideal candidate has leasing experience with a solid understanding of Fair Housing, strong communication, and reliable transportation. Bilingual a plus; full-time commitment required, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have leasing experience and understanding of Fair Housing.
• Able to communicate features and benefits to close the sale.
• Must be full-time and able to tour multiple properties.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lease for 250+ units at three property locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants.
• Conduct tours and close sales by presenting features and benefits.
• Work full time at Wade Manor and assist tours at The Park Place as needed.
