Jefferson Apartment Group in Exton, PA is seeking a Leasing Professional for J Creekside at Exton. You will lease apartments, manage tours, and provide a welcoming first impression for residents and applicants.

Responsibilities include handling applications, explaining lease terms, collecting fees, posting ads, and supporting marketing efforts. The position is in-office with a competitive salary and eligible for performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four-year college degree or vocational training preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Completes all leasing paperwork.
• Compiles and processes applications for approval.
• Explains lease terms and addenda to new residents.
• Walks apartments and reports necessary improvements.
• Assists with resident relations.
• Records fees, deposits, and new lease information.
• Shows apartments to prospective tenants.
• Post ads and marketing materials.
• Accepts rental payments.
• Performs additional duties as requested.
