Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify prospects.
• Complete leasing paperwork and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Support marketing and outreach to drive property traffic and leasing goals.
• Maintain retail-style customer service and resolve resident questions or complaints.
