Job summary

Liberty Asset Group LLC is hiring a Leasing Agent in Meridian, ID to guide prospective residents through tours and the leasing process, ensure applications are processed promptly, and maintain strong resident relations. You will work to maximize occupancy while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across administrative tasks and property operations.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Process rental applications, background checks, and lease paperwork
• Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and leasing specials
• Follow up with prospective residents to maintain strong closing ratios
• Respond to resident questions and assist with resident relations
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are ready for occupancy
• Maintain accurate records and update property management software daily
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Support office operations and assist team members as needed
