Qualifications

• Prior leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Conduct property tours highlighting amenities and features.
• Manage leasing process from inquiry through move-in.
• Process rental applications, background checks, and lease paperwork.
• Maintain records and update property management software daily.
• Assist with marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives.
• Respond to resident questions and support resident relations.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
