Job summary

SyRES PROPERTIES is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support daily leasing operations at our apartment community. You will conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, and help drive occupancy and renewal activities to maximize resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a sales or leasing role, excellent communication, and a passion for helping residents find their ideal home. Weekend availability is required in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in sales or leasing.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.
• Ability to think quickly and provide resident-focused solutions.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on occupancy targets and retention.
• Enthusiasm for planning events to boost community engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote the community, conduct tours, and drive traffic through outreach campaigns.
• Manage online listings and social media to increase visibility.
• Screen applicants, prepare leases, and oversee move-ins.
• Support renewals and maintain accurate lease records.
• Plan resident events to foster community and retention.
• Assist in reporting and cooperate with the Community Manager on renewals.
