Responsibilities

• Touring prospective residents through the community
• Provide comprehensive property details, including rates, availability, options, specials, concessions, and ancillary fees
• Communicate screening results to applicants and assist with paperwork for approvals/denials
• Conduct move-in inspections and ensure rental applications are complete and filed promptly
• Maintain and update a daily traffic log and market comparisons to inform strategy
• Market the property through flyers, social media and other advertising options
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, EEO and Landlord Tenant laws
