Qualifications

• Prev. leasing/real estate experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse individuals.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local rental trends and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer apps and property management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; real estate certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, sharing unit details, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours, showcase units, address inquiries.
• Assist applicants through leasing, explain lease terms and rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
