Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain accurate resident and financial records (rent rolls, move-ins/outs).
• Coordinate administrative tasks and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Handle vendor communications and scheduling for repairs and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist in training and supervising staff as needed.
