This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building strong clientrelationships, navigating the full sales process—including paperwork—and delivering exceptional service.

  • Grow your marketby strategically increasing unit count and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Drive profitabilitythrough competitive pricing, lease negotiations, and securing new business.
  • Generate leadsthrough local marketing, relationship-building, and consultative sales strategies to exceed goals.
  • Respond quicklyto a high volume of time-sensitive requests, ensuring client satisfaction and winningbusiness.
  • Act as the key liaisonbetween clients, vendors, and property partners, ensuring seamless lease agreements.
  • Achieve top-tier guest satisfaction—our average satisfaction score exceeds 95%.

Who You Are:
  • Proven success record in inside sales(corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred).
  • Ahigh-energy, self-motivatedapproach with a drive to succeed.
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Ability tomarket and sell inventoryto maximize occupancy.
  • Strong ability tomulti-task, prioritize, and problem-solve.
  • Ability torespond to leads within 2 hoursfor the best chance of success.
  • ABachelor’s degree is preferredbut not required.

    • $22.83- $25.37/hour
    • On target earnings commissions potential of ~ $1000/month after ramp up, depending on book ofbusiness; uncapped
