We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Leasing Specialist to join our team. The role involves working closely with the Property Manager to manage the lease-up of our community, interacting with prospective and current residents, and maintaining the community's physical and operational standards. The position is based at our luxury property in Woodbridge, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting prospective residents and conducting community tours.
• Providing administrative support, processing applications, lease renewals, and maintaining resident files.
• Handling lease signings, apartment walk-throughs, and assisting with move-ins.
• Supporting marketing efforts to increase traffic and resident engagement.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of experience in luxury multifamily housing.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi and bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant laws.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience, plus medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, paid sick, holidays, vacation, and free fitness access.
