Remote Lease Administrator - $24.50/hr | $51K+ annually
(Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM | Remote - US-based)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join a growing team in a client service-focused role. This position offers long-term potential, with the opportunity to convert to permanent at $55K, depending on experience.

Must-Have Experience:

• Lease Administration (required)

• Accounts Payable (A/P)

• Certificates of Insurance

• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUM functions)

• Strong communication skills - written & verbal

• Client-facing experience (CSR or Account Manager roles)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and open to learning from feedback

Nice-to-Haves:

• Property management knowledge

• Understanding of lease language/legal agreements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience

• Comfortable with standard financial terms and calculations

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
