Invitation Homes is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Sandy Springs, GA, to convert inquiries into long-term resident relationships and drive occupancy. You will oversee the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, guided by a dedicated marketing team to generate leads and support revenue growth.

You will maintain inventory awareness, conduct in-person showings, negotiate lease terms within guidelines, and build lasting customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service and accurate

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Real Estate license affiliated with Invitation Homes.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience in property management or maintenance is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe proficiency.
• Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis including weekends and non-traditional holidays if needed.

• Will be required to work some holidays, weekends and/or evenings

Your Role on the Team

Earn a competitive base salary with additional per-lease incentives that reward your performance and offer substantial earning potential. As a Leasing Specialist at Invitation Homes, you will play a critical role in converting prospective resident interest into long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality leasing experience, from the initial inquiry through move-in, while supporting the company's occupancy, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction objectives. Backed by a dedicated marketing team that generates prospect interest and leads, you will focus on building connections, understanding resident needs, and guiding customers toward confident leasing decisions.

This position includes but is not limited to the following activities:

Your Experience Includes

• High School Diploma or GED
• An active Real Estate license is required for this role and your license must be affiliated with Invitation Homes as the designated brokerage
• Broad residential leasing knowledge
• Proven experience in customer service
• Experience in the property management or maintenance industry is helpful
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Technological proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
• Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis including weekends and non-traditional holidays if needed

Salary

The salary for this position is: $50,000.00 and monthly incentive pay.
