Job summary

Focus Property Management seeks a Leasing Specialist at our main Kaukauna, WI office. The role focuses on turning prospective residents into new tenants by delivering an exceptional first impression, guiding applicants, and coordinating tours.

You will manage follow-ups, qualify needs, and work to meet occupancy goals. Ideal candidates have sales or customer service background, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, leasing, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Comfortable learning and using technology.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Property management experience is a plus, but we can teach you the property management side

Position Summary

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for turning prospective residents into new residents by providing an exceptional experience from the first interaction through move-in.

This is a sales and relationship-focused role. You’ll respond to leads, build relationships, schedule and conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and guide applicants through the leasing process.
