Job summary

SMI Realty Management is seeking a friendly Leasing Specialist for one of our Houston-area communities. You will greet prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and help applicants find their new home at NW Houston, SE Houston, or Baytown, TX.

You are the first impression and will need excellent customer service and knowledge of leasing software; Spanish bilingual skills and Fair Housing awareness are preferred. We offer training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in multi-family housing.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi and RentCafe preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Resident utility billing experience helpful.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience in the multi-family industry - preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish - preferred
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi and Rent Cafe preferred
• Resident Utility Billing experience helpful
