Job summary

SMI Realty Management is seeking a friendly Leasing Specialist to warmly greet prospective residents at our communities in NW Houston, SE Houston, or Baytown, TX. You’ll help people find their next home and support leasing processes at the onsite office.

The role favors candidates with 1–2 years of leasing experience, Spanish language ability, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with Yardi and Rent Cafe is a plus, as is knowledge of Fair Housing laws and resident billing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in multi-family properties.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi and Rent Cafe preferred.
• Resident Utility Billing experience helpful.
