Job summary

Westminster is seeking a Leasing Specialist to welcome prospects, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will market properties, engage with residents, and support the Property Management team to achieve leasing and renewal goals.

You bring a passion for people, strong communication, and a sales-driven mindset. Bilingual Spanish skills and experience in sales or real estate are a plus, with tech proficiency in property software and social media.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support & Solve! Be a go‑to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Be a Team Player! Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing and renewal goals for the property.
