Job summary

Invitation Homes in Dallas, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage occupancy, revenue growth, and a seamless resident experience from inquiry through move-in. • Broad residential leasing knowledge and customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of home inventory, pricing, availability, lease expirations, market trends and competitor properties.
• Provide timely feedback to management on market conditions, customer sentiment, and performance factors.
• Facilitate leasing by understanding resident needs, negotiating terms within guidelines, and conducting in-person showings.
• Promote lease enhancements to new and existing residents.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with prospective, current, and former residents.
• Collaborate with market leadership to address resident needs and drive improvements.
• Review reports to identify workflow priorities and improvement opportunities.
• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Conduct property tours, initiate new leases, and use consultative sales techniques.
• Oversee lease negotiations, document signings, and move-in funds.
