Job Overview

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for coordinating requests from military families with the property management team. This role includes assisting with daily leasing functions such as leasing homes, qualifying applicants, executing leases, maintaining resident files, monitoring government compliance, supporting social programs, and assisting the Community Director and Manager to ensure policy and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate requests from military families with property management.
• Perform leasing functions including showing units and lease renewals.
• Qualify applicants according to government requirements.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and related processes.
• Manage service requests and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with market analysis and advertising strategies.
• Show properties and negotiate lease terms.
• Drive company vehicle or personal vehicle for work duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous leasing experience required; sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle confidential information.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet driving requirements.
