Job summary

Greystar seeks a Sales Manager to lead onsite sales, leasing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy and revenue. You will oversee prospect management, CRM use, outreach, lease renewals, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related fields.
• 3–5 years minimum of relevant sales experience in multifamily or customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals.
• Proven track record in achieving occupancy, revenue, and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop onsite Sales Consultants to achieve occupancy, move-in, and revenue goals.
• Develop and monitor monthly sales objectives and performance metrics; implement action plans.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching on closing techniques.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, leasing standards, and customer experience expectations.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training sales team members.
