Job summary

Tulsa Housing Authority is seeking a Leasing Assistant to support the Property Manager in maintaining safe, well-managed properties for residents in Tulsa. You will handle leasing tasks, greet applicants, show units, and support front-line services in line with HUD guidelines.

The role requires a valid Oklahoma driver's license, strong customer service, and available hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans through THA.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license is required.
• 1+ year experience as a leasing assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare leasing documents and routine correspondence; assist with clerical duties.
• Greet potential residents, show units, encourage occupancy.
• Investigate resident inquiries and occupancy issues.
• Monitor property health, safety, and security standards.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and HUD/compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with social services to provide resident resources.
• Assist with rent collection, move-ins/outs, and inspections.
