Responsibilities include showing units, processing leases, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong communication, math skills, and a willingness to engage with residents to ensure satisfaction and a smooth move-in process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to listen actively and respond to resident needs.
• Strong math skills for rent calculations and deposits.
• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size, layout, facilities, and terms of lease.
• Completes lease forms and maintains resident files securely.
• Monitors lease approval process and communicates status to future residents.
• Answers incoming phone calls and handles inquiries.
