Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals by converting leads into leases and promoting rentables while securing optimal lease terms.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
• Increase renewal rates by fostering resident relationships and addressing concerns.
• Monitor rental trends and market demand to inform sales strategies.
• Engage with marketing initiatives and events to boost occupancy and brand visibility.
• Show units and maintain positive tour routes to create a strong first impression.
• Deliver a seamless move-in experience and exceptional customer service to residents.
