Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Hudson at Deerwood in Jacksonville, FL. You will tour the community, process lease applications, prepare leases, and assist future residents in finding their next home with outstanding customer service.

You’ll organize resident events, collect rent, and participate in retention efforts while upholding the property's positive image. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills are required.

• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community and help future residents find their next home by touring the community and processing lease applications.
• Type up leases and prepare lease documents.
• Plan and attend resident events and functions.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention efforts.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.
