Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Trailwood Crossing to help future residents find their next home, tour the community, process leases, and assist with marketing efforts.

You will plan resident functions, collect rent, and contribute to retention while delivering strong customer service. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with excellent verbal and written communication expected.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more.
• Plan and attend resident functions.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.
