The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate data entry in Yardi, coordinating maintenance, marketing and outreach, and upholding our core values in a busy, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with Yardi and Rent Café is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing process and host property tours.
• Perform move-in duties and orientation for residents.
• Coordinate work orders with maintenance staff.
• Maintain positive resident relations and timely communications.
• Support marketing, outreach, and events as directed by management.
