Job summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group is seeking a Leasing Representative in Syracuse that will learn the retail leasing business from experienced executives. You will prospect, analyze finances, draft LOIs, and assist with renewals and leasing strategy as you develop into a Leasing Representative within 6–12 months.

Ideal candidates are relationship-driven, organized, and energized by growth. The role offers a base salary with bonus potential and a pathway to advanced leasing responsibilities, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Preferred: internship experience in commercial real estate, sales, leasing, marketing, or business development.
• Experience using CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Canvas for prospective new local & regional tenants via cold calling, email, social media outreach, & in-person meetings.
• Maintain prospect and tenant activity within Spinoso REG's CRM platform.
• Prepare and draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) for prospective leasing opportunities.
• Upon successful training, work to execute existing tenant renewals, terminations, & modifications.
• Contribute to the creation of leasing/marketing materials for distribution to prospects.
• Conduct financial analysis of existing and prospective tenants.
• Assist Leasing Representatives with property leasing strategy development & implementation.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal executive management review.

Position Summary

Launch your career in retail real estate leasing! In this role, you'll work directly alongside experienced leasing executives to learn how retail shopping centers are leased, marketed, and managed. You'll gain hands-on experience in prospecting, negotiations, financial analysis, and deal execution while following a structured development path into a Leasing Representative role within 6-12 months.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Canvas for prospective new local & regional tenants via cold calling, email, social media outreach, & in-person meetings
• Maintain prospect and tenant activity within Spinoso REG's CRM platform
• Prepare and draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) for prospective leasing opportunities

Career Growth

This position is intentionally designed as a development role. High-performing employees are expected to advance into a Leasing Representative position within approximately 6-12 months based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

Required : Bachelor's Degree

Preferred : Internship experience in commercial real estate, sales, leasing, marketing, or business development

Experience using CRM software
