Job summary

Tesoro Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for one of our client properties in Burnsville, MN. The role requires at least 1 year of property management and full-cycle leasing experience; duties include leasing, reporting, and administrative tasks.

The position involves daily resident relations, rent collection, and coordination of turnovers, with schedule Monday–Friday, 9–6. Salary ranges from $50k–$55k depending on qualifications; direct hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience with full cycle leasing.
• Familiarity with government subsidy programs and Fair Housing rules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease rental units and establish rapport with prospective residents.
• Review and approve rental applications and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collect rents and make bank deposits; coordinate turnovers and move-ins/outs.
• Maintain resident relations and support the property manager in daily operations.
