West Coast Self-Storage Group in Silverdale, WA seeks an Assistant Property Manager on a full-time basis. The role focuses on showing units, guiding customers through leases, and meeting occupancy goals while delivering excellent service.

Formación

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to meet team objectives.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Manage and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks: filing, accounts, mail/deliveries.
• Maintain property to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards (cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, bulbs).
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
