Job Description Summary

This role involves coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. Responsibilities include leasing activities, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Conduct sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, tours, application processing, and lease signing.
  2. Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
  3. Stay informed on market conditions, develop marketing plans, and implement community-specific marketing strategies.
  4. Create traffic through marketing activities such as referrals, internet marketing, and outreach programs.
  5. Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
  6. Maintain show units and community appearance to company standards.
  7. Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease or renewal decisions.
  8. Support lease renewal activities, including preparing renewal documents and contacting residents.
  9. Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, taking appropriate action.
Minimum Requirements
  • Valid licenses/certifications as required by local laws.
  • Valid driver’s license for operating golf carts on property.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to travel as needed.
