Position: Leasing Professional
Location: Weaver Farm - Florence, KY
Office Hours: Part-Time Seasonal - Friday 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 4 PM, Monday 9 AM – 6 PM
Duration: May – November
Pay Rate: Up to $18/hour based on experience

Who You Are

• At least one year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi software (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in property showings, lease negotiations, and application management.
• Market survey and competitive analysis skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with social media management.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance.

What You'll Do

• Engage prospects, showcase apartments, highlight amenities.
• Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, follow-up in Yardi.
• Verify applications, manage lease renewals and insurance.
• Ensure smooth move-in process and property readiness.
• Maintain model apartments and market-ready units.
• Conduct market surveys, analyze competition, contribute to marketing strategies.
• Support administrative tasks including bookkeeping, reports, newsletters.
• Manage social media presence and organize resident events.
