The Leasing Professional will manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the property management team to support operational goals and contribute to a welcoming community environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferable within the real estate or property management industry.
• Basic knowledge of leasing laws and fair housing regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms.

• Certification as a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) or similar credential.
