NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant to showcase our beautiful grounds and available apartments, turning resident dreams into reality. If you enjoy interacting with people and bring a positive, friendly attitude, we'd love to have you join our team!

You will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and help residents understand lease terms while collaborating with on-site staff. A high school diploma is required and sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to conduct property tours.
• Familiarity with lease terms and rent collections.
• Proficient in MS Office or similar software.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Physical ability to perform standard job duties.

Category: Non-Exempt(Hourly)

Supervisor: CommunityManager

Hours: Typicalrange ofhoursisbased onthecommunityneedsandmayrequireweekendsand afterhouremergencyservices.Workdaysmaybe adjustedbased on communityneeds. Full Time:5daysperweek,8hoursper day (average 40hours).

Physical Demands: Light(occasional upto 25 pounds) -Climbstairs,stoop,kneel, crouch, reach, handle, etc.

Drug Screens: Pre-employment,post injury,reasonablesuspicion,and possible random screens.

• Skilled in assessing and addressing community common area and amenity needs, with a strong attention to detail and commitmentto community standards.
• Effectively prioritizes tasks independently, manages time well, and consistently achieves assigned objectives and projects.

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.

• Skilled in interpreting legal documents, managing rent collections, and overseeing lease compliance.
• Possesses intermediate math skills for financial reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping, including proficiency with percentages, decimals, and fractions.
• Welcomed knowledge of property operations, with an emphasis on lease terms, contract enforcement, and collections.

General Summary of Associate Responsibility

• Provides comprehensive support across all facets of community operations, working closely with and under the guidance of the Community Manager.

Preferred Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior sales experience encouraged

   • Educate residents about the program and inspire their involvement as resident facilitators, empowering them to take on leadership roles.
   • Guide interested residents through the sign-up process, nurturing the next generation of community leaders.
