Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase the community’s features, amenities, and lifestyle.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and build strong relationships with prospects.
• Utilize sales techniques to convert tours and inquiries into signed leases.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly leasing and occupancy goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of pricing, availability, promotions, and community offerings.
• Prepare and process rental applications, leases, and other required documentation accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process and beyond.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and contribute to a positive living experience.
• Collaborate with the onsite team to support marketing, resident events, and overall community success.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-presented leasing office and community.
